Drive Wellness is proud to collaborate with the Northwest Montana Schools Health Consortium to provide wellness coaching for school teachers, staff, and their significant others.

How the program works:

Each year a new program outline is created to focus on various aspects of living a well-rounded healthy lifestyle. This program is for all staff regardless of insurance status, and spouses on the insurance plan! 

What our program consists of:

FACE TO FACE WELLNESS CHECKS

Onsite, in-person one-on-one wellness checkins with Carrie Jacobs to evaluate your progress, ask questions and learn more about your health journey.

ACTIVITIES & CHALLENGES

Get paid along your wellness jounrey! Complete wellness activities and challanges to earn points towards rewards.

WEEKLY COMMUNICATION

Weekly doses of wellness inspiration and motivation to help you keep on track, and in control of your wellness journey.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Every employee, regardless of insurance status has access to the EAP program. EAP offers assessment and referral, clinical support, and crisis services for critical incidents, along with a wide range of tools and resources. This is a free service.

Telehealth

Every employee, regardless of insurance status has access to convenient, virtual primary care and behavioral health. Your insurance will be billed after the appointment. Use it whenever you need a provider visit but can't make it to the office.
