Nice to meet you.

  I'm Carrie Jacobs

I started Drive Wellness with the hope that I could affect change in my community, helping individuals find their true definition of wellness in a positive way. I graduated from The University of Montana with a master's degree in Health Promotion, and a passion to influence change.  Drive began in 2018 and I feel honored to be helping individuals and small businesses develop and implement wellness strategies to improve their quality of life.

As a mama of two babes, and a human who strives to connect with nature through movement in the form of swimming, biking, and running, I love working with athletes wanting to rediscover their love for the sport of their choice, as well as mamas who are looking to redefine their wellness path. I spend as much time as I can trying to perfect my chocolate chip cookie recipe and enjoy time with family and friends where I call home in Whitefish, MT.

But enough about me. This is about you. Let’s discover your true definition of wellness.

You can do this. We can help.

Wellness has many meanings these days, what is wellness coaching and how do you decide if it’s right for you? Have you ever wanted a personal cheerleader and accountability partner walking beside you helping you define and stay accountable to your health goals? That’s a wellness coach! Here at Drive we believe in a scientific, holistic, and strength-based approach to wellness.

The process begins by helping you develop your wellness vision, and then your certified wellness coach will guide you through the process of managing weekly and monthly goals to help you ultimately live your vision!

What exactly is a holistic view of wellness? A balanced approach based on the eight dimensions of wellness: Occupational, Emotional, Spiritual, Environmental, Financial, Physical, Social, and Intellectual. Identifying your needs and wants, and making goals within each area is crucial to addressing your whole person and keep you thriving mentally and physically in our complex world.

Building upon your strengths and opportunities you’ll notice increased self-awareness and knowledge, personal responsibility, life satisfaction, and self-efficacy. You’ll develop a sense of purpose and meaning, and the acquisition of new skills and knowledge. You’ll have sustained behavior change and the satisfaction of attaining your personal and professional goals!

Let’s begin defining your wellness vision today!
